| passed. I did everything under the sun. The first time it failed like yours... after I suspected it was the cats making it fail I welded on new Magnaflow's... well after testing it the nox shot up to 1500+ppm. I then proceeded to clean the EGR pipes as well as test the solenoid and valve. Everything checked out, but the pipes were super clogged. I cleaned the pipes and it still was 1000-3000ppm! I've deduced the reasoning as this...the first time I tested it with stock cats there was still super clogged EGR pipes. The second time with new cats the welds had holes before the cats. So if I just cleaned the pipes instead of getting new cats it'd probably have passed. Now the thing has valve guide seal issues and I haven't had time to retest after sealing the pinhole leaks (3 of them on the side they were testing). I'm hoping my assumptions are correct.
